- We automatically detect and remove PII (SSN, phone numbers, etc.) but cannot guarantee complete removal of all sensitive information
- You are responsible for reviewing the extracted text before consenting to send it
- Extracted text is not stored after document generation

DBQ and C&P Exam Preparation Guides:
DBQ Preparation Guides and C&P Exam Preparation Guides are educational materials only. They explain the VA's publicly available evaluation criteria from 38 CFR Part 4. They do NOT:
- Coach veterans on what to say to obtain a specific rating
- Encourage exaggeration or misrepresentation of symptoms
- Provide medical opinions or diagnoses
- Guarantee any specific rating outcome
Veterans are encouraged to be truthful and accurate in all VA examinations. The examiner forms their own independent medical opinion regardless of preparation materials.
